Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. Orders are delivered between 09:00 and 21:00. Extra charges may apply for your special requests outside these hours.
2. Pre-orders must be made for Mother’s Day, Women’s Day, Valentine’s Day, special celebrations, wedding and invitation organizations.
3. In order for the product to be delivered on the day the order is placed, the last order time is 19:00. Orders placed after 20:00 are delivered the next day.
4. There may be changes in the products and materials used due to seasonal reasons and stock status. However, the product will be delivered in the same way as the design.
5. If the product cannot be found at the address of the recipient, the product is delivered to the next door neighbor, the doorman, if any, and the customer is informed.
6. If the order is not accepted by the buyer, the responsibility belongs to the customer. Refunds cannot be made, cannot be claimed.

Shipping fees

Shipping cost: 08:00-20:00 standard rate (added to the order in the cart at checkout) ≥ 21:00-00:00 + 50% to the standard rate ≥ 00:00-07:00 + 100% to the standard rate ‌ Upon receipt of the order then we will contact you to confirm the order and clarify the details
